Breast Cancer Awareness and women's health event

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're holding a FREE event offering educational talks, information and support. Join us for an afternoon focused on your health, wellbeing and community. With educational talks, goody bags, support and advice.  

We will be hearing about the following topics:

NHS Screening programmes	Rayleigh and District PCN
