As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're holding a FREE event offering educational talks, information and support. Join us for an afternoon focused on your health, wellbeing and community. With educational talks, goody bags, support and advice.  

A limited number of bookable appointments for wellbeing checks are available to eligible patients, who will be sent a text message in advance.
