Online education event - Know Your Numbers

The PCN is hosting FREE online education sessions on the topic of Hypertension (high blood pressure). 

One of our PCN clinicians will talk you through the things you need to know about how high blood pressure can affect your body, what you can do to manage it and why you should know your numbers.

There are two sessions to choose from - both sessions will be the same, so just pick the time that is best for you to attend.
