A limited number of bookable appointments for wellbeing checks are available to eligible patients, who will be sent a text message in advance.

Online education event - Understanding Cholesterol

The PCN is hosting FREE online education sessions on the topic of Cholesterol and how you can control it. 

Learn what cholesterol is, what your numbers mean, and simple steps to protect your heart.

There are two sessions to choose from - both sessions will be the same, so just pick the time that is best for you to attend.
