Women's Health information event

We will be at Rayleigh Golf Club with local partners to give advice and information about women's health.

Confirmed attendees so far:

• Healthwatch Essex
• Move It or Lose It - live demos of light activities
• Lady McAdden breast cancer support
• Rayleigh PCN endometriosis support group
• Essex Sexual Health Service
• Kinder Essex

The PCN team will also be offering:

• health and wellbeing checks (booking required)
• menopause / HRT Q&A session
• NHS digital app support

Come and join us in the function room at Rayleigh Golf Club on Tuesday 31 March 2026, from 1.30pm to 4pm.
